We are anticipating having 10 large (about 30x40 framed) pieces and more medium and smaller pieces.
The first 10 artists registering a piece (here) will be accepted. Smaller pieces can be registered starting 12/8.

Please follow our usual standards here. In addition, no images of nudes, religious themes, or images displaying
death or obscene or sexual material. Note: only wired pieces accepted - no saw-toothed hangers.

Sales are handled by a prospective buyer contacting the McMurray Art League exhibition chair
(Betty Roseborough at 412-613-4427 or Jan Pini at 724-518-5585). The library does not display prices 
but all work must be for sale. There is a 15% commission to MAL and a $15 entry fee. There is no sitting
needed. If a piece sells, it can be replaced.

Artists must let chair Lisa Markowski know they are planning to participate in a show. Register online
with your titles, medium, and price at least one week in advance of the next show. Display tags will be made
from the information you provide.  

When there is no solo show going on, in addition to the hanging art, we will be offering acetate-sleeved cards,
bin art (usually acetate-sleeved prints), and 3-D artwork. The artist needs to provide an inventory list to be
kept at the studio. Sales will be recorded and periodically paid to the artist. You will need to work out a time
with the Studio Gallery Chair to drop off or add to your displayed work, in addition to keeping your inventory
list current. You are required to sit tice during any month you have inventory art displayed at the studio.

Please note the themes and dates below. No sitting is required if you only have hanging art!
We look forward to filling the gallery with your beautiful artwork once again this year!

For your convenience, drop off your work on the same day you pick up work from the previous themed show.
You can display up to four pieces of work during each show. Prints are allowed. Classwork is acceptable as long
as the piece is the artist's work alone (the instructor didn't do any of the painting) and with permission if done
from the instructor's reference. MAL Standards will be followed to maintain high quality framing and matting
(except for special shows). We ask that your work be ready to hang - make sure frames and wires
(no sawtooth hangers!) and sturdy and secure. McMurray Art League will take 15% commission on any
art work that is sold.

Each month, the work of a different McMurray Art League member is displayed in the studio near the windows.
Participating artists should label their work as appropriate, including title, medium and price or NFS. A contact
information sheet should be provided so prospective buyers can contact you.
McMurray Art League will take 15% commission on any art work that is sold.
