Mt. Lebanon Library Exhibit (smaller piece) register by 12/14

PLEASE READ as plans have changed slightly.

McMurray Art League will be exhibiting in the upper hallway of Mt. Lebanon Library during the month of January, 2025.

We have 8 large (about 30x40 framed) pieces and can accept 16 more medium and smaller pieces (less than 20x20 framed). Each artist may enter one piece if they have NOT already entered a large piece by registering here. If we have room after registration ends on December 14, we may be able to accept another piece from each artist.

Please follow our usual standards here. In addition, no images of nudes, religious themes, or images displaying death or obscene or sexual material. Note: only wired pieces accepted - no saw-toothed hangers.

Sales are handled by a prospective buyer contacting the McMurray Art League exhibition chair (Betty Roseborough at 412-613-4427 or Jan Pini at 724-518-5585). The library does not display prices but all work must be for sale. There is a 15% commission to MAL and a $15 entry fee. There is no sitting needed. If a piece sells, it can be replaced.

Important dates:

• Register your large piece (about 30x40 framed) online by Saturday, December 7 (first 10 people)
• Register your smaller piece (less than 20x20 framed) online here by Saturday, December 14 
  
• Drop off at the Mt. Lebanon Library 9-10 AM Thursday, January 2
  
• Pick up at the Mt. Lebanon Library 3-4 PM Friday, January 31
