Juror's Statement from James Sulkowski: There are many good works in this exhibit and it was a pleasure to see them and to be asked to be a judge. When judging, I look for several different criteria,. The principles of light, space and atmosphere are paramount. I also consider drawing, composition, value, and color progressions and how the artist handled the medium, whether oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, etc. I congratulate all participants for their love and dedication to their art and for putting together a very good show.
